4. Input material requirements and finished-product specification supported by this configuration.
5. Trial-run conditions: material, product dimensions, duration, accepted output and rejected output.
6. Site requirements: layout, utilities, installation conditions and staffing/training needs.
7. Price, currency, quote validity, delivery term and named place. Specify what logistics costs are included.
8. Production lead time, readiness evidence and acceptance test proposal.
9. Warranty coverage, exclusions, claims procedure, labor/shipping costs and support contact.
10. Consumables and spare-parts list, part numbers and availability.
11. Manuals, maintenance documents and training language/formats.
12. Proposed payment milestones and documents associated with each milestone, subject to buyer review.
